Changes in housing policies : facts and perspectives

  • DSCN0043
/

This contribution will outline the development of housing policy in Geneva – most notably its social dimension – until the paradigm shift that took place in 2007, when a law in favor of building affordable housing was adopted. The talk will first specify the framework of the new housing policy, and will then present the quantitative and qualitative implications raised most notably by the building of social housing. It will focus in particular on the consequences of the territorialization of housing policy. [flyer].
